Tundish dry vibrating material incorporates thermosetting solid resin as a low-temperature binder and some medium-temperature binders, and its particle composition is designed using the closest packing principle. It is an ideal alternative to insulation panels and magnesia coatings, offering fast construction times and extended steel pouring times. Tundish dry vibrating material is a recently developed new type of tundish working lining material. Its particle size is designed based on the closest packing principle, using high-quality magnesia as its primary raw material and utilizing low-temperature bonding technology.

Tundish dry vibrating material is made of high-quality magnesia and manufactured by low-temperature sintering technology. Tundish dry vibration material is used as working lining of tundish to contain the melting steel.With raw material of high purity magnesia, and resin as binder, it is of high slag resistance and keep the melting steel cleaning, which is helpful to the long service life.

Tundish dry vibrating material is dry-formed, fast to apply, and produces a smooth surface after application, effectively minimizing contamination of molten steel by the tundish working layer material. Since no water is added during application, this product significantly shortens tundish bakeout time, thereby reducing fuel consumption. It is a promising new tundish lining material, replacing tundish coatings and insulation panels.
